  1. Return facility is available only via self-returns, no pick-up facility available.
  2. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
  3. All returns must be in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Delivery within India is absolutely free.
We accept Debit Card and Credit Card payments. We also have net banking and COD facility available.
Order delivery time may vary from 24 hrs to 96 hrs depending upon the location. Some locations outside our delivery area may take longer than that.
Unfortunately, as of now HIZ and HERZ jeans does not ship any of it's products outside India.
