What is the return policy?
- Return facility is available only via self-returns, no pick-up facility available.
- Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

- We do not accept any returns and exchanges for any orders which are bought with any discount or promotion.

What is your refund policy?
- You can request a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
- The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- The product amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment in 5-6 working days.

How can I cancel my order?
- Please contact our customer care team to raise an order cancellation request.
- Your request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours (if your order has not been dispatched) or within 5 business days (if your order has been dispatched).
- There are no separate Cancellation Charges but shipping charges will be levied if the cancellation request is raised after 24 hours of placing the order.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery within India is absolutely free.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Debit Card and Credit Card payments. We also have net banking and COD facility available.
How long will the delivery take?
Order delivery time may vary from 24 hrs to 96 hrs depending upon the location. Some locations outside our delivery area may take longer than that.
Are your products available for sale outside India?
Unfortunately, as of now HIZ and HERZ jeans does not ship any of it's products outside India.
