Return Policy

1. Return facility is available only via self-returns.
2. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.
3. All returns must be in unused, unwashed and undamaged condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
4. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the product . (Refer to our refund policy to know more)
5. We do not accept any returns and exchanges for any orders which are bought with any discount or promotion.

7. To self-ship your returns, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit
   and courier it to us at the address below via a reliable local courier service.

Refund Policy

1. You can request a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery.
2. The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
3. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
4. The product amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment in 5-6 working days.

Cancellation Policy

1. Please contact our customer care team to raise an order cancellation request.
2. Your request will be confirmed within 24-48 hours (if your order has not been dispatched) or within 5 business days (if your order has been dispatched).
3. There are no separate Cancellation Charges but shipping charges will be levied if the cancellation request is raised after 24 hours of placing the order.
